Are you an experienced Crosswinds member?  Are you proficient in an area of web design and able to teach it to others?  Are you patient with beginners?  Do you love working on a team?

If so, consider joining us, and submit an application here!  You must be over 18 years old, with a professional attitude, and good communication and problem-solving skills.  Expertise in a particular area of website design is a plus.  (Note that this is an unpaid position-- all Cadre members are volunteers.)
